Pick up from your hotel in Lhasa. First visit The Potala Palace. Then move to The Jokhang Temple. After lunch, continue to visit Barkhor Street.
The Potala Palace :Being a palace with political and religionary functions in history, Potala is exquisitely decorated with gorgeous paintings and embossment themed on plateau landscapes, historical legends, Buddhist stories, the scene of building Potala, etc.
The Jokhang Temple :The large amount of priceless cultural relics of Jokhang include more than 300 figures of Buddhas, more than 2600 square meters painted mural, ancient books, inscriptions, Thangkas, musical instruments, etc.
Barkhor Street :More than 300 shops and booths line there, selling copper Buddha sculptures, sutra-turning tubes, butter lamps, sutra flags, prayer beads, aprons, leather bags, horse gears, barley wine, Thangka, blankets, and many products from India, Nepal, Burma, Kashmir, etc.

Norbulingka :Every summer Dala Lamas moved from the Potala Palace to Norbulingka to handle official business, hence it is also seen as "the Summer Palace of Lhasa".
Tibet Museum :The Tibet Museum houses a rich collection of prehistoric cultural relics including Buddha statues in different postures, imperial jade seals, gold albums, gifts granted by emperors, colourful tangkas, and various printed Sanskrit and Tibetan scriptures.
Sera Monastery :Smaller than Drepung Monastery in size, Sera Monastery had over 8000 monks live there in its heyday. Today many of the treasured gifts from emperors of Ming Dynasty are still well kept at Sera Monastery.
